□ On-site Pickup

Only those who can pick up their items at the venue may purchase.
Pickup Location: KINTEX (exact location will be announced later on X and the official notice page)
Pickup Deadline: To be announced later.
Unclaimed items on the event day will not be converted to shipping orders.

□ On-site Pickup Procedure

Please present your order name and photo ID at the pickup desk.
Submit your recipents from Ko-fi.
If you are using a proxy (someone else picking up for you), please provide:

The payment receipt email recipents
The proxy’s ID
The proxy’s name (must be written on the e-mail before pickup)

□ Notice for Overseas Participants

Currently, on-site pickup is the only available option.
Due to customs and international shipping cost issues, delivery will be arranged after the end of IRyS’s World Tour.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience until then.

現地で商品を受け取ることができる方のみご購入ください。
受取場所：KINTEX（正確な場所は後日、Xおよび公式告知ページにてご案内いたします）
受取締切時間：後日お知らせいたします。
イベント当日に受け取られなかった商品は、通信販売への変更はできません。

□ 現地受取手順

受取の際は、ご注文者様のお名前と写真付き身分証明書をご提示ください。
Ko-fiの購入メール（領収書）をスタッフにお見せください。

代理受取をご希望の場合は、以下をご用意ください：

• 支払い完了メール（領収書）

• 代理受取人の身分証明書

• メール内に代理受取人のお名前を事前に記載してください。

□ 海外参加者へのご案内

現在、現地受取のみ対応しております。
通関および国際送料の問題により、発送はIRySのワールドツアー終了後に順次対応予定です。
